| Christmas on Route 66 Dec. 2007- a vintage holiday roadtrip in Winslow and Holbrook, AZ |

| Tim, Ruth Ellen, Chad and I spent a few nights at Winslow's historic La Posada Hotel as a Christmas "get outta town" escape. Also joining us were all 5 dogs: Harrison, Ida, Wilson, Floyd and Ivan. We enjoyed a relaxing time, playing board games in the great room, drinking wine and eating decadent holiday meals, hiking at the Petrified Forest, and enjoying a quick tour of Holbrook, where we drank beer with our breakfast at Joe & Aggie's famous Rt. 66 landmark cafe. |
